Those located on urban land can be mortgaged, as long as the visa project is presented and the relevant municipal licenses are obtained. All this will be facilitated by our associate architecture studio.

The client will be in charge of carrying out the preconditioning of the land, the foundation and connections of the facilities according to instructions and plans that will be provided by our architecture studio, to prepare the location of his home or office.

Likewise, it will be necessary to transport the containers from our facilities and a crane for their placement after studying the accesses to the land.

You will be able to see different options but we offer you an “à la carte” service, you indicate your needs and we carry them out according to the required functions (layouts, dimensions, equipment …), after study in the technical department.

On urban land with the same procedures as a traditional house, meeting the habitability conditions and requirements of the CTE (Technical Building Code), with its municipal license and endorsed by the corresponding professional associations. On rustic land, it will depend on the project. If it maintains its status as movable property * and transportable, due to the existing legal vacuum, we will be in charge of consulting the town hall on the necessary requirements for its implementation on the ground as well as processing the connection to the water intakes, sanitation, electricity, gas, etc.

Our products have the advantage of being considered movable or immovable (the latter in compliance with the applicable regulations) depending on the floor where we are going to locate it.
