These houses, being made of fully standardized cargo containers, are more economical than traditional housing, but also meet the requirements for housing: -structural stability, -natural lighting and ventilation, -thermal insulation and energy saving, -acoustic insulation, -fire protection, -safety of use and anti-vandalism, -customizable and quality finishes, -sustainability of the materials used.

Those that are located on urban land can be mortgaged, as long as the approved project is presented and the pertinent municipal licenses are obtained. All this will be facilitated by our associated architectural firm.

The client will be in charge of executing the previous conditioning of the land, the foundations and connections of the facilities according to instructions and plans provided by our architectural firm, to prepare the location of your home or office.

Also, it will be necessary to transport the containers from our facilities and a crane for their placement after studying the access to the land.

You will be able to see different options but we offer you an “a la carte” service, you tell us your needs and we make them according to the required functions (distributions, dimensions, equipment ….), previous study in the technical department.

In urban land with the same procedures as a traditional house, meeting the conditions of habitability and requirements of the CTE (Technical Building Code), with its municipal license and endorsed by the relevant professional associations. On rural land, it will depend on the project. If it maintains its condition of movable* and transportable property, due to the existing legal vacuum, we will take care of consulting with the city council the necessary requirements for its implantation in the land as well as to process the connection with the water, sanitation, electricity, gas, etc.

Our products have the advantage of being considered movable or immovable (the latter in compliance with the applicable regulations) depending on the land where we are going to locate it.

*According to Art. 334 and 335 of the Civil Code, immovable goods are “everything that is attached to an immovable in a fixed way, so that it cannot be separated from it without breaking the matter deterioration of the object” and movable goods “those susceptible of appropriation not included in the previous chapter, and in general all those that can be transported from one point to another without detriment to the immovable thing to which they are attached.”
